Are your products true to size?
Yes, all our products are true to size in accordance with the size chart provided below.
How do I know what size I am?
Refer to our sizing chart and measure yourself accordingly. We recommend measuring yourself before purchasing to ensure the perfect fit.
What if I'm in between sizes?
BODYSUITS:
- If you want a more snatched and tight look, you can size down.
- If you are in between sizes due to the Bra Size, we definitely recommend sizing up to ensure your bust is not compressed and remains supported and comfortable.
SHORTS/TONGS:
- If you are in between sizes in any of our shorts styles, we recommend sizing up to prevent any dig-in or roll down issues.
What makes these products shapewear?
Our shapewear is built into the garment! Our power mesh panels are strategically placed to sculpt and define your waist, smooth the stomach and accentuate your curves. The external layer is made of premium compression fabric that is stretchy and strong enough to shape the body on its own.
Can I still wear a bra with your shapewear on or will it be too tight?
No, you do not need to wear a bra with our shapewear as our designs include a supportive power mesh sculpting bra. However, if you choose to wear a bra, we recommend a lightly padded or non-padded bra for comfort.
Can I wear your shapewear all day?
Yes, our shapewear is designed to be comfortable for all-day wear. We use breathable and lightweight materials that won't leave you feeling uncomfortable, even after extended periods of wear.
Shipping Information
Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?
Yes, we ship worldwide don't worry and we offer all customers free shipping.
What are your shipping and processing times?
Your order will be delivered via your local postal service. Your orders will be dispatched within 48 hours, then will take 6-15 days to be delivered worldwide.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you will receive an automatic notification from our system via email providing you with a tracking number.
If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, don’t worry. Contact us and we'll solve it!

My order is taking a long time to arrive, what's going on?
In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
Refund & Cancellations
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The warranty includes a free replacement with priority shipping for any damaged or faulty items.
The user returning the item will pay for the cost of shipping unless a mistake was made on our end. After contacting us we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancellations
We will cancel and refund any orders that haven't been shipped yet, however, if a refund is being requested for an item that has already been dispatched, we won't be able to modify or cancel it. If the customer wishes to return the product after it has been delivered, a full refund can be provided for unused items. The customer is eligible for a full reimbursement within 30 calendar days of receiving the item.
